Schenck, Price, Smith & King, a leading NJ law firm, is seeking a highly motivated, full-time health care attorney to work as an associate within its Health Care practice group. This attorney must be admitted for no less than three years and possess legitimate health care experience and possess a strong knowledge base in the business and regulatory aspects of health law including contract drafting/review, HIPAA, licensing matters and transactional matters. In addition to superior academic credentials, the candidate must possess very strong research, writing and analytical skills. This position requires current admission to the NJ bar.
